Questions, answered

Can we use only some of the modules?+

Yes. Every module is independent. Start with one — say Time off or Careers — and switch on others whenever you're ready. They all share the same login and org data.

Is the system accessible to the public?+

No. The whole platform sits behind your login with SSO and role-based access. The only public surface is your career page, which you control entirely.

How does anonymous feedback stay anonymous?+

Submissions are stripped of identity before they reach HR. There's no way to trace a message back to a person — by design — while still allowing a two-way anonymous reply thread.

Where is our data stored?+

You choose an EU or RU region at setup. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every access is written to an immutable audit log.

Do the chat bots support Slack and Telegram?+

Both. Approvals, reminders and feedback prompts run natively in Slack and Telegram, so your team acts without leaving the chat they already use.
